Where are sessions held?
The studio is located in the South Fort George Area of Prince George, BC. The address is 2636 Lillooet Street.
What payment types are accepted?
Co Collective accepts Credit Card, Email Money Transfer or Cash.
How many images comes with my mini session?
You will receive 10 to 15 images, depending on the mini session collection. Images are delivered via a private online gallery and information regarding what is included with your investment is shared prior to booking.
What about pets?
We know they are part of the family too. Due to allergies of our photographers and clients, we do ask that you touch base with us prior to bringing your pet to the studio.
Can I bring the whole fam or is it kids only?
Co Collective hosts two mini session events within the year that allow your immediate family (and sometimes extended family) to join. Those two mini events are: sunflowers and holiday minis. All other mini session events in the year are created with kids in mind and so we ask that you let us share it with them as intended.
Extended family members, incl. grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. are absolutely welcome during our holiday mini event! We kindly ask you let us know ahead of time as we would like some extra time with you. There is an additional cost for extended family sessions.
Can we do an outfit change?
Mini sessions allow for one outfit; however, if you’d like to add a more inclusive experience to your package, please get in touch with us so we can build a collection with your vision in mind.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes we do! We require a deposit of 50.00 and can adjust your payment plan for the balance based on what suits you and your family best. We open sessions early in the year so you have as much flexibility with paying for you session including seperating into easy monthly payments if you wish. Images will be delivered upon final payment.
Can I print my images?
Co Collective offers products and prints from a number of professional labs in North America. When printing your images, we suggest professional labs with printers calibrated for the current technologies used to edit your images.
What is the best way to book my mini session?
We have created special booking links for each mini events! Find the mini that suits you and follow the steps in the link. Please complete the entire process before closing out of the link to ensure your spot is secured. If it is a year around mini (headshot, cousin and promotional minis), please email us to discuss booking at hello@cocollective.ca.
